Mio Bambino is an organic and DOP( Denomination of Protected Origin) EVOO. It is a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla olives.

PERFUME and TASTE: Has the right intensity of bitter and spice making it a well balanced oil. Medium fruity olive, herbaceous with underlying tones of almonds green tomatoes with a light peppery finish…low acidity high polyphenols.
