The Cole & Mason Ceramic Garlic Keeper neatly stores garlic. Stylish on a worktop and functional. This pot allows garlic to breathe whilst keeping aroma in. Use your keeper to roast garlic, simply peel away outer layers and cut the top of the garlic bulb.
Place in the keeper and roast at 180C/350F for about 45 mins. Enjoy the roasted garlic on fresh bread and olives. Pot is dishwasher safe.
